The space within the property was perfect for the three of us.
Facilities eg washing machine, dishwasher etc.. all good.
Bed was huge and comfy. Sofa bed perfect for our daughter.
Location good with the pool a short walk away. I did think we were south facing but weren’t. But as it was so hot it was better!
Wasn’t a dislike, but it could do with a little refresh of paint, around doors & windows, and the sink, toilet flusher need a plumber to fix them as they intermittently got stuck.
I also thought from the pictures the BBQ was at the property, it’s a communal facility a few mins walk from the house so we didn’t use it.

Convenience and overall appeal
Informed that Fitness center closing for new flooring on day of arrival. Having on site fitness center was a deciding factor on choosing this location. Fortunately, I was offered an agreeable concession that I was happy with.
