Sea Vista is a trip back in time. It only has two floors not counting the one suite that makes it technically three, and is well maintained but definitely looks like a 1960's hotel. The front office is staffed by the owners who are very laid back and friendly. Even the housekeepers are friendly. The rooms are close to and all face the ocean, are clean, and nothing is in disrepair in the accommodations. It's a great place to escape to.

Comfy beds spacious room and AC worked great
Coffee pot , microwave are old and outdated. Check out is 10 should be 11. Sand dunes take away view of ocean and no pool . You have to drive 30 min away just to find food. No breakfast at hotel. Hotel needs to be upgraded

Very pet friendly and clean. The staff were extra kind and helpful. The cleaning crew never came by our room. However we knew we could call the office if we needed any extra towels nor stuff.
No consistency with the cleaning crew coming by and knocking on the door.
