我们有21个人入住这家酒店，老板人很好，我们由于到达亚历山大的时间是晚上10点，所以我们请求老板帮我们包车，老板很热心的帮我们包车，然后将我们从大巴站接到酒店，我们到达酒店已经是夜里12点左右，在这之前我们还请老板帮忙买了到马特鲁的车票，老板都帮我们办到了，由于我们有些人没有来，所以老板还退了我的住宿费用，真是一个善良的老板，如果不太挑剔的，可以选择这个酒店，它的洗澡水很大，很好洗澡，是用煤气热水器
要是能男生也可以一起进来入住就好了

دكتور أدهم صاحب الفندق شخص محترم جدآ و ودود للغاية و عملي أيضآ و يقدر النزلاء لدرجة أن كل الموجودين يشعرون وكأنهم في بيتهم وسط عائلتهم .

The entire suite was very clean, oven, fridge, hot water on demand, and elevator.
The bed was a little too hard

It was cheap and the staff helpful, it had AC, it was big
Kitchen did not have anything, not even microwave or kitchen fires, veeery slow internet, bathroom was not clean, it swamped with every shower, building is old and dirty, killed a cockroach, main room had only a table and no windows, breakfast is from fast food street place (got diarrhea from it the second time)
