The overall stay was wonderful, we would stay at this property again.

Location is perfect, easy to get to main Kona restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunset views from the property.

The furniture is not comfortable. In the evenings we watched television and the couch is not great. We were disappointed that the last 2-3 evenings the beach area in front of the condo was closed for resanding...so we were not able to watch the sunsets our last few nights :(
