The host was very friendly and supportive, although sometimes delays in his answers. The room was clean and warm.
Very narrow entrance door, very steep stairs, quite a problem with luggage and kids. Small room, and without that much of natural light. One thing quite usual in Catania is that host always have a bottle of water at the apartments/rooms, here it was missing. There was a small refrigerator next to the entrance door, which was quite noisy during night.
