I would stay again

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, which were low, so the experiment was a good one. Service a 10

Room could use some refreshing r&m lacking in obvious places. Tho not essential since being in mexico but a bit more english speaking would be helpful.

We were there for a wedding ,hence we had booked the halls and many room. But one of the guest requested 1 xtra coffee and we were flatly refused.Little bit more customer service and smile would go long way.

location and it was clean

I needed to take a shower and no hot water at all until I called them several times before they picked up, very nosy room, I could hear all the traffic all night long and they were also water leaks all around the room…. just BAD DEAL The staff no good either

Great bed, poor wifi

Excellent beds and shower. Staff is helpful

The wifi is so weak that you need to be outside your room to use your phone or computer. Difficult for any type of business communication. Uncomfortable to sit on the floor in the hallway to do so. The fan was very loud and needs to be repaired.

Bed was the only bad thing about the whole stay Mattress was so bad me or my wife couldn't have a good night sleep 😴 it was really bad
