Una estancia agradable en Essaouira, en un hotel precioso y decorado con muchísimo gusto, cuidando cada detalle para crear un ambiente acogedor y especial. El trato del personal fue muy bueno, especialmente el de Fátima, encantadora y muy atenta. El desayuno, muy completo, fue otro de los puntos fuertes. Además, está muy bien situado para disfrutar de Essaouira a pie; sin duda, repetiríamos.
Como aspecto negativo, el hotel no dispone de ascensor y el acceso a las habitaciones por las escaleras puede resultar complicado, especialmente con equipaje. Además, las habitaciones no disponen de aire acondicionado, algo que se echa en falta durante los días calurosos.

Great location, the staff were really welcoming and accommodating, the room was massive and had a lovely balcony. There were musicians playing every night outside in the lead up to the festival which was a nice bonus.
Walls were a bit thin but still managed to get a good nights sleep

Very good location and nicely designed rooms.
I stayed for three nights, but two of them were strongly disturbed by loud rooftop events until around 1 AM. My room was directly under the terrace, so sleeping was almost impossible. I was informed about the events only shortly before arrival, when my non-refundable booking could no longer be changed.
The staff were polite, but the hotel offered only an in-house massage as compensation, which I could not use. No financial gesture was provided by the hotel. Booking.com later supported me with partial compensation.
A nice property overall, but guests should be aware of possible noise, especially in rooms below the rooftop terrace.
