Le cadre de l’établissement est magnifique, le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable, petit déjeuner copieux, la chambre était très propre et très sympa. Je recommande vivement ce Riad pour un séjour à Essaouira !
L’attention au moment du départ avec un petit cadeau est très sympa
Le seul bémol, malgré une note de 10, c’est le wifi dans la chambre Zitouna (olive), il ne capte pas très bien.

Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Essaouira!
Abbiamo trascorso una notte al Riad Chama ed è stata un'esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista.
Il personale è semplicemente squisito: persone estremamente gentili, educate, disponibili e pronte ad venire incontro a ogni nostra esigenza. Un plauso speciale va all'organizzazione: ci hanno prenotato un tour all'ultimo minuto che si è rivelato eccezionale e che possiamo elogiare solo con parole di grande pregio. Un ringraziamento di cuore a Khaoula, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta.
La struttura è veramente bellissima e la posizione è strategica: facilissima da raggiungere, vicina alla fermata del pullman, al lungomare e perfettamente immersa nel centro della Medina, comoda per raggiungere a piedi ogni punto di interesse turistico.
Per quanto riguarda le camere, nulla da eccepire: tutto estremamente pulito, stanza grande, spaziosa e molto luminosa. Un dettaglio davvero apprezzabile è l'ottima suddivisione degli spazi nel bagno, con l'antibagno dotato di lavandino e le zone per wc e doccia ben separate.
Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

The location
The bad smell in the room, even leaving the blinds open didn’t help. The cleaning was not done the second day. The breakfast didn’t have any fruits on the first day so we asked and on the second day they gave us fruits without taste. The Moroccan bread was too buttery and not fresh. The coffee was on a thermos but still was cold.
