A really fantastic rental where the reality is better than the pictures. First off, the place is larger than we were expecting, which was great. Super clean and the AC works very well (very important in Visalia). The price is less than what I was looking at for four of us to comfortably stay in a hotel in the area and we had a much better experience. The owner was very communicative and helpful.The VRBO is behind the owner's house, but it's separated by two large yards and a fence for plenty of privacy. The family reunion we were attending was right around this corner, which was great, but it's also pretty close to downtown and easy to get the freeway and everything else.The next time we come to Visalia, we'll be staying here again for sure.

We had a great stay at this country property. It was very clean, private and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very cozy as well. We would stay here again.

Loved staying at this house as it was close to the Wedding venue we attended that weekend! Lots of room and the kids loved the pool table!
