The place was very clean and nice with a beautiful view and spacious balcony.The pools and hot tub were nice except for the screaming of kids the whole time we were there. I received texts that they would let us know if the unit was available early the day of our check in. We had been asked if we wanted to come earlier, so since no one was in the unit I'm sure it was available early but we didn't get a text 4:05 the day of check in that it was ready. The same thing happened to other guests I talked to. When we had problems after getting in at 4 (balcony door not opening) we couldn't get a hold of anyone. But they were addressed the next morning. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and maintenance was not able to get it fixed because the cable company said they could only talk to the owner. There is only a very small place to put your own chairs and umbrellas (room for 8 chairs close together) on the beach unless you want to be behind two rows of chairs for rent. So to get a spot I needed to go out around 5:30 to 6 and put up my chairs and umbrella. Also with 18 floors and two elevators you usually had to wait a while for them. So bottom line is the place and very nice with a beautiful view but don't expect to get in a minute before 4 (even if no one was there the night before), hope you don't have any problems the night you arrive, expect lots of noise from kids, and if you don't want to rent umbrellas and chairs you will probably sit behind two rows of them on the beach.
