For the most part, it was a good rental. Water pressure good (unless running water in kitchen, second bath or doing laundry), spacious, good storage for clothes, GREAT area and easy to get to most tourist spots. A/C worked well. They left us a small bottle of lemoncello which was nice. Host was responsive when we did reach out to them. The Wifi was very unreliable. This is significant since we needed to work for part of the time there which made it impossible. It also made the check in process which requires wifi difficult. We had to have someone in the building come down and unlock the door so we could get in. And they know the Wifi unreliable as they tell you to bring the keys with you in case the wifi is out! And they only give you one set of keys which doesn't accommodate for different schedules since you don't know if they wifi will work or not when when you get back and need to get into the apartment. Check out was equally the same. They tell you to leave the keys but you need the keys to get out. Apartment was pretty clean. The shower couldn't have been cleaned better as there was dirt on the ledge of it. Not enough toilet paper for a week which I'm sure it because they are a "bidet" country. The wine key in the kitchen was bent and not usable to open a corked bottle of wine without drawing blood. In a country that is all about wine I think they would be sure the wine key isn't broken. Overall, I would stay there again...and bring my own wine key!

This is a great spot in the center of one of the best neighborhoods in Rome. Every night you are surrounded by locals enjoying Trastevere. That said the apartment is in a quiet spot around the corner from the busy life. You will enjoy!

This apartment was in the heart of lots of restaurants and walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. Ricardo and team were on it! Responsive and made sure our stay met our needs. It was a bit loud at night with activity in the street but that was part of the vibe.

The host was super communicative and patient and helpful! This was the most well appointed rental I have ever stayed in. LOVED the apartment, the location, the well stocked kitchen along with toiletries, everything you could need or want Best of the best
