The rooms and entire unit was clean and we had everything we needed. The balcony had a great view of the lagoon and the private part of the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Overall it was a very positive experience for our first time using vrbo. 5 stars for the unit itself.The rest of the building: 4 stars- we had trouble finding the lot because the sign was covered up- the indoor pool left a lot to be desired- various odors throughout the building- I could smell someone was smoking cigarettes from another balcony.However, the unit was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay (4 adults & 12, 8, and 3) was wonderful at this condo. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The pictures online were exactly how the condo was in person. Walking in and seeing the floor to ceiling windows was amazing. The view of the bay was everything! There were enough bath towels, blankets, and kitchen utensils for all seven of us. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient with kids. The beach was a short walk across the street, and a wagon was provided to lug everything over. We also used 2 of the 4 beach chairs that were provided. The outdoor pool was too chilly to swim in, but our kids loved the hot tub and indoor pool. Two of us utilized the gym every morning as well. No stores or restaurants were walkable, but they were just a 10 minute drive away. We walked every morning, and found the area to be super safe, and not busy. We would definitely stay at this condo again! It made our week long stay in Gulf Shores relaxing, enjoyable, and comfortable.

We highly enjoyed our stay! The beautiful views and the private access to the beach was wonderful. We also enjoyed that it was located in a quieter area but just a couple minutes away from the main part of Gulf Shores. We were also grateful to have available items for the beach as in the cart, umbrella, chairs and some beach toys.The condo itself was clean and spacious for our family. We did have a few issues upon checking in as we were not sure which unit to access once we were on the 10th floor. We did have another person staying on the floor that assisted us. Also only one parking pass was available, however, when contacting the owner, they were very responsive and the property manager was there within an hour or so to give us the second parking pass. Note, we did have issues with using the oven as some of the numbers on the pad did not work. We also noticed that the closet in the second bedroom seemed to be used as storage for patio items and some other items, which we ended up moving to the laundry room to be able to use that space.Overall, we highly enjoyed our stay! This is the first time that we have rented out a condo and it was a great experience and hope to visit again! Thank you so much!
