The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need, including a dishwasher, enabling you to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. A washer and dryer are also available in the condo, ensuring your laundry needs are conveniently met.

We provide free WiFi throughout the condo, keeping you connected whether for work or leisure. Parking is also included, making it easy for you to explore Guam's attractions at your own pace.

While our Tumon Isa location places you within walking distance of numerous activities and attractions in Tumon, we strongly recommend considering a car rental for the duration of your stay. Guam's road network is user-friendly, and having your own vehicle can significantly enhance your convenience and freedom to explore.

Renting a car offers you the flexibility to visit the various unique attractions across the island at your own pace. It allows for spontaneous trips, visits to less crowded beaches, and the discovery of local hidden gems that might not be included in typical tour itineraries.

2, Please note that we are not a full-service hotel. Bedding and towels will be deep-cleaned before your stay, but not during. If you require a change of bedding and towels, a cleaning fee will be charged for each instance.

3, We maintain regular pest control services to ensure a bug-free environment throughout the property. However, please be aware that, as a beachfront property, ants may occasionally be present. If you encounter any issues, kindly contact us immediately so we can arrange for additional pest control follow-up.
