"Surfer" is a cooll and relaxing mini-studio by Coral Gables. Unbeatable price! This surfing vintage-style studio is very small yet fully equipped with everything you need: A cute kitchenette, a full bathroom, a queen-size daybed, plus a full-size trundle. A folding console converts into a 4-seat table. Ideal for solo travelers or couples. Centrally located by 8th Street (famous Calle 8), restaurants & shops. 6 mi to the Airport. 11 mi to South Beach! NO LAUNDRYROOM. PARKING ON THE STREET!
This is an independent small studio with a mini kitchen and full bathroom that is part of a triplex property. The property has been completely renovated and divided into 3 private, modern and comfortable studios.
