Location was very near to Sangsu station, we could even walk to Hongik station (13 minutes) but we didn't mind. A lot of food around, you don't have to worry.
Very beautifully decorated home.
Beds were good, great for big families. Facilities such as fridge, washing machine were good.
I was very impressed that they had a folder filled with recommended attractions around the area or in seoul.
They even had a guide book for the different things in the house. E.g the aircon remote is in korean thus they took the effort to translate every button. I made sure to look through the guide book so that I can write this review well. It was easy for our family to figure out the house. Thank you for your effort.
House is always well heated.
Oh! They even decorated it with Xmas treee and fake presents hahaha we thought it was cute.
As a foreigner, I think the garbage sorting was very difficult. We weren't sure how to sort the garbage. There was a written guide for us but I think we just couldn't wrap our heads around food waste, general waste and recyclables. Maybe the garbage sorting guide could have more details? The hosts were easily contacted for questions.
It was my fault for not checking the stairs. But 2 flights of stairs to the apartment, only the carrying of heavy luggages were very tiring but all is good, good exercise.
Our family learnt that we could only shower 1 at a time, even though there are 2 toilets, as the hot water would slowly turn cold if we were to shower at the same time or someone turns on the tap in the kitchen. Pretty funny, we had a good laugh and poking fun at each other in 0 degrees weather. Toilets were a little chilly though.
