The cottage was exactly what we were hoping for: cozy, spotless and fully equipped, with a beautiful view of Lake of Bays tucked into the woods and the dock just steps away. While it has a rustic charm, every detail reflects exquisite taste and Laura's artistic eye as a photographer, as well as a real investment in technology, from the smart thermostat to the electric vehicle charger right in the cottage's own parking area. The new heater kept us warm on chilly fall nights; the wood stove is in perfect condition, although we didn't need to use it, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The BBQ is also in excellent shape, and we grilled a delicious picanha. Laura was an outstanding host: she turned the heat on before we arrived, checked in to make sure everything was fine, gave us very clear instructions and kindly agreed to a late checkout. It was also wonderful to stay somewhere so welcoming with our golden retriever. The location is perfect, with the market and bakery just minutes away. We will definitely be back!

Tout était parfait, le cottage est très bien équipé et très très bien situé. Le ponton avec les 4 fauteuils extérieurs permettent de profiter de la vue sur le lac à toutes les heures de la journée. La vue est tout simplement incroyable. Nous avons pu également profiter du canoë et des paddle sur le lac.
Ce cottage est de loin le meilleur logement de notre road trip.

Fully equipped cabin, able to cook like at home. Two paddleboards, a canoe. Everything we could want to enjoy a few relaxing days. We went as a couple but it would be perfect for kids too.
