Room we had was 2 of the big ones that has capacity of 4 and was very good and very spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Saw few bad reviews but of course it’s Tonga you cannot expect more but from our point of view we enjoyed and loved the facility and quietness as when you only guests it’s good we kinda have the whole place when we making noises but when there’s other guests we have to limit the noise but was very good.
Parking was very limited and sometimes were lucky to have parking but we mainly out and about. There’s no lift as well and all rooms located on the second floor so if you traveling bulk like we did it’ll be a hassle to take your luggages up the stairs. The toilet was working properly but we informed them. They cannot make a spare key for the room so can have 1 each or 1 with the door to leave aircon on whilst outing but they only have 1 master key as well as we lucky enough the window were left opened and managed to get the master key and our 1 key we always leave at the door for aircon upon returning to the accommodation. The payment been mentioned, they only accepted USA/TOP/NZD and AUD in cash. Was troubled with it as it cost me more that expected. In USD cost me $1663 and if you convert that to TOP it’ll be $4000 but they said in TOP will be $4550 and that’s cost me $550 more.

Lovely large room and beds, staff helped when asked.
The room didn't feel like it has been cleaned throughly, the TV didn't work, someone came into our room during the day when we were out and borrowed our kettle. kettle broke and hard to get another one
