Eine grundsätzlich schöne, geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung, die allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Vieles ist eher klapprig und muss mit sehr viel Vorsicht behandelt werden (Wäscheständer, Türschloss, Küchenausstattung, Bad…). Ein sehr nettes Detail für uns waren die vielen Kinderbücher!
Nicht gefallen wäre zu viel gesagt - aber man muss es wissen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr weit außerhalb der Altstadt in einem ruhigen, netten Wohngebiet. Das hat Vorteile: es gibt einen Park mit Spielplatz und Eisdiele um die Ecke, außerdem einen Penny und einen Conad die Straße runter und eine Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung. Sonst aber nichts. Wer also abends noch spontan fußläufig durch die Stadt schlendern will, muss erstmal Bus fahren oder 1,5 km laufen, bis er dort ist. Auch zwischendurch Siesta machen ist etwas aufwändiger.

Μολις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας και διπλα σε σουπερ μαρκετΗσυχη γειτονια..θεσεις στάθμευσης στις μπλε γραμμές στη γειτονιά.Εξυπηρετικος κι ευγενικός ιδιοκτητης.
Δε λειτουργούν σωστά οι μπριζοδιακοπτες,χρειάζονται αλλαγή.Σχετικα παλιό διαμέρισμα.

Un apartamento cómodo, grande, con buenos espacios. Amabilidad del anfitrión.
Un poco retirado de la zona más turística (antigua) de Florencia, durante mi estancia hizo mucho frío y la calefacción estaba programada por lo que no pude subir la temperatura, haciendo que pasara noches frías. Por más que lo hablé con el anfitrión, este me explicó que no se podía subir, ya que no estábamos en invierno.

Tesis yatak sayısı iyiydi, mutfak araç ve gereçleri yeterliydi. Merkeze yaklaşık 2 km uzaklıkta küçük çocuğunuz yoksa sorun olmaz.
İnanılmaz sinek vardı, bir ilaç alınıp konulup aile ona göre önlem alabilirdi, sabaha kadar uyuyamadım. banyoda yeterli şampuan ve el yıkama için sabun yoktu, ayrıca şehir vergisini nakit aldı, istememe rağmen ödendiğine dair hiç bir belge verilmedi.
