I’ve stayed in quite a few hostels over the years, and this is by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at, without a doubt. The bathrooms are so clean that I honestly wouldn’t even mind having breakfast in there.

Exceptional value! The rooms were not overcrowded, they were clean and the area very quiet at night. The bathrooms were usually well-maintained though with a few exceptions. The rooftop terrace is awesome and the kitchen is well equipped though the stove is somewhat complicated due to some issues with the knobs. There is a library on site with books in English!!! Has an elevator.
I stayed 12 days and asked once to have my sheets changed but it was never done. I think there was some confusion when I asked the housekeeper after previously asking at the front desk.

The room was clean. The location was great staff, helpful, and friendly.
Our room was nice and clean. However, it was quite cold and noisy. Throughout the night, we could hear what sounded like the air conditioner and water running through the walls. The soundproofing was also poor, as we could clearly hear almost everything happening outside the room.

- Friendly front desk people who were fluent in English
- Free use of washer and dryer (just need to pay for detergent), but there can be a long queue to use it
- Shared toilets on every floor
- Clean rooms - each bed has its own curtains
- Rooftop with chairs and tables and an incredible view of Dilijan
- Nice lobby and kitchen
- Strong WiFi
- Big showers
- Central location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby - matrushka stop is approximately a 12-15 minute walk (uphill)
- Accepts credit card for payment
- Hostel proceeds go towards supporting the student programs
- Security guard doesn’t speak English, so he couldn’t help answer questions at night when the reception was closed
- Bathrooms always smelled bad
- Beds only have USB ports but no plugs
