Property is beautiful! I loved the pool grounds and outdoor bar and quick bites areas. I grabbed a cocktail and sushi roll and sat by the pool until it was time for my spa appointment - the perfect pampered afternoon!
The sheets and comfort level of the bed could use some improvements to feel more like a luxury stay.

The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. The casino and the room look new and clean with an attractive interior design. The outside/pool area had a modern aesthetic decor that was very inviting. Sandbar Grille had very delicious food and great service. The cocktail waitresses in the casino were very polite and helpful. I mostly enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room.
I was sat at one of the worst tables at Hanks with reservations. I ask if we could move to a booth (there was at least two empty booths), the server said no, but they could move us to a different table. One of the booths sat empty all night, including other booths around us that had guests earlier in the evening. It made me feel discriminated.
