Todo, un apartamento en un bloque, situado en el octavo piso. Bien equipado, con dos habitaciones y dos baños. Sala de estar y balcón la cocina está bien. El hecho de poder disfrutar de la piscina, salir directamente a la playa y la plaza de aparcamiento privada son un lujo. Hay restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas y gasolineras en los alrededores y San Juan está a 15 minutos en coche (si no pillas hora punta). Nosotros hicimos muchos viajes en Uber para ahorrarnos aparcar en el centro. Sev es muy servicial y tuvimos muy buena comunicación.
Como sugerencia yo pondría unas cosas de cortesía, como gel de baño y champú en los lavabos y alguna especie, aceite y una botella de agua en la cocina. Los que viajamos por corto tiempo agradecemos estos detalles. Aunque salimos a comprar en el Wallgrens de delante y listo.

The view is breathtaking. Very centrally located to shops & restaurants. The apartment was so spacious with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We appreciated having a parking spot in the underground parking garage. The AC worked great, it was fully stocked with essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap. We were a family of 2 adults & 2 young kids under 5. We will definitely be back! Communication with the owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying!
Would be nice to have coffee, filters, & sugar. But otherwise, nothing bad to note of the property.

The property was easy to find & the rooms looked just like the picture . The staff was friendly and host, very communicative. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The only down fall is the need to wash your own towels and washcloths . The washer and dryer are located on the first floor. You will also need quarters .
