Hot water is an issue.

The location is wonderful. The couch is comfy and the laundry is a bonus.

The code didn’t work and it took multiple times calling the phone number provided until someone answered who gave us a new code. The hot water is an issue. We got there late afternoon, were there for a couple of hours when we went to bath the baby and no hot water. Was told to turn the power off and on again and wait half hour for hot water. Babies don’t wait! We had to boil the kettle. Same thing happened the next night and the following. The person who we contacted to advise again of the hot water issues who said we had used it all during the day… the only hot water used during that day were to go the dishes in the sink. They ask you to take their bins out and back in the following morning, which were overflowing. The bathroom has a large step down in front of the stairs that my husband fell down. The stairs are incredibly steep. The rug in the living area was so dirty we moved it out the way and placed a blanket gown for our baby. Under the lounge there were crumbs, bottle caps and shoe laces. The laundry had hand towels in the washing machine that must have been forgotten about. The property is in the flight path so it’s very noisy! The main bedroom doors rattle when it’s windy and the roller blinds smack against the frame.
