Location was decent. Pool looks decent but didn't use

Parking is very tight. High risk of damaging your vehicle if you're not extremely diligent. Pillows could have been softer. Couch smelled dusty. There is no Wi-Fi password posted contrary to instructions. Building is very aging and walkways are saggy. Carpet had a wrinkle. They will push you to sign up for a timeshare presentation and call you and text you about it while you stay there.

Very close and convenient to the beach and down the road from the pier and restaurants. Very responsive staff, friendly pleasant and helpful. I loved that there was also golf cart parking and charging since we rented one for our stay and didn’t need a parking pass for it.

when we woke up to make breakfast our first morning there; we found there wasn’t the appropriate cookware as listed on the inventory list for us to use. However, a call to the desk resolved that right away, as they sent us a frying pan, baking sheet, etc. The oven is a little outdated, as it took forever to heat and cook. But we made it work.

Very affordable and 1 minute walk to the beach.

Since there is no staff on property some adults were smoking at the pool even while in the pool so we could not take our kids at times. Spare room tv didn’t work they did offer to sent maintenance but we didn’t want anyone there while we were out. The dresser drawers didn’t close in that room either.

Convenient access to the beach

Noisy neighbors kept us up at night and woke us up in the morning yelling at each other or their toddler. Then our last night killed a cock roach in my bedroom. Had not experienced any the whole week. So wondering if the guests that newly checked in brought them with them.
