Style of the room and common areas was lovely
Car parking was off road, easy to find and close to the entrance
Also, I left something in the room at check out and the staff were incredibly helpful locating it and keeping it safe for collection in the near future

The room was fantastic, really large, plush and comfortable
The only issues were in the morning we woke up to the sound of an industrial fan and music from the restaurant below

Clean and in good location
Was told to ring on the morning of booking to see if we could have early check in as we had a wedding at 1pm. We rang on the morning of check in to only get an out of hours staff member tell us that we had to email the hotel direct, which we did in the first place. Staff not helpful at all and gave totally wrong information.
