Nice quiet room & clean too, plus a comfy bed. Bar staff were very nice & the food was tasty. Swimming pool was an added bonus!
TV had very poor reception - no BBC channels or radio stations. Asked the front desk by phone and in person if anything could be done, all we got was a shoulder shrug and oh well the tv's are really old. NOT very customer friendly or helpful.

Great value for money, very comfy beds, great breakfast and amazing staff!
Road into the hotel car park could do with fixing. I arrived at night and didn’t see the hole resulting in a not very pleasant sound from my car.

It has nice decor , it has great food choice at great price , it's comfortable and dog friendly , it has a pool , gym , sauna and jacuzzi. It is convenient if you are going to the specialist vets nearby which was the reason for my visit to the area .
Nothing , would happily have stayed longer .

Room was comfortable and adequate. Shower was on the small side.
I came down for breakfast at around 9:45am, with breakfast due to close at 10:30am.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The staff seemed unsure which table I should sit at. One member of staff tried to seat me at a dirty table, while another told me someone was already sitting in the seat. I was taken to four different tables before we eventually found one that was cleaned in front of us and available.
There were also a number of basic items missing. There was no milk next to the cereals, no coffee cups available. The coffee machine on the left had no coffee in it, and there was no hot water available, meaning I had to use the machine intended for making coffee to get my hot water for a pot of tea. There was also only one tea bag left in the basket.
The cooked breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs looked extremely unappetising, there were no fried eggs, and the mushrooms were swimming in what appeared to be an excessive amount of liquid. The sausages didn’t appear to be properly cooked, while the bacon had been pushed up towards the back of the buffet, where it seemed most people were avoiding it. I opted for beans on toast, only to find there was no butter available for the toast.
The hygiene arrangements around the Nutella were another concern. A shared knife was being left in the jar for everyone to use. I certainly wouldn’t do this at home, so I’m surprised this is considered acceptable in a public dining environment.
There were also some unnecessary disturbances. Two ladies were walking past the hot buffet when a member of staff shouted across the room, “That way to the way out.” It was loud and completely unnecessary, particularly when guests are trying to enjoy a relaxing breakfast.
Then, while I was still eating, I simply placed my knife and fork down temporarily to take a drink of coffee. A member of staff immediately came over and asked, “Can I take your plate?” No — I hadn’t finished!
