Great staff, clean and nice swimming pool.
A bit tired around the edges and rooms were a bit too warm at night and you couldnt control heating.

Let’s remember the price points. For the money, this is a great stay. I have stayed at many one night travel hotels. This is the best so far for the money. The shared facilities are really good. They are new, open and very comfortable. I lost my purse and not only was it handed in (with a credit and debit card, driving license and £250 cash), but the staff came to find me to hand it back as soon as it was found. The food is very fair priced and is really good for a travel stop/pub. Given there is no where else to go that I could see, they could have easily charged more, but didn’t. All freshly made food and service was very good. Added to all this….a gym and pool!
Ok, the carpets are really tired and they look it. The gloss on the skirting boards have been hot a fair few times with cases and that shows too. The room was big enough, but the door was so heavy any time anyone opened or shut their doors there was a big noise.

understaffed. kettle mission from room (no staff around to complain to and ones that were there were busy with customers) bar was unmanned which meant on arrival took nearly an hour to get food.
