About this house rental

Beautiful spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home located on the canal. Plenty of space inside and out! Large pool - newly refinished with 2 feet deep tanning ledge and large swimming area. Amazing sunsets! Spacious boat dock and deck….boat to fort Myers, Sanibel….. OR Picnic island - which is only accessible by boat! Enjoy the peaceful boat ride through the canal system! Grocery store is a quick 5 minute drive or 15 min walk. A short walk or car ride to Cape Harbour marina is just the place to enjoy restaurants, shopping and views of the canal.

Working with the host was so easy and they were very quick on responding to messages. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the amount of pool toys/floats available was fantastic. House is beautiful and no need to worry about refrigerator space, it is huge. Beds were comfortable. Overall my family of 10 had a great time and will definitely rent again.

There were 11 of us (6 kids and 5 adults). Check in and check out was a breeze, communication was good, location close to beaches, restaurants, and stores, and pool/spa was amazing!! Bonus that there was a full bathroom outside just for the pool area. This was very helpful in keeping the floors dry inside. We had plenty of room for all 11 of us. There was a minor issue with the dryer but it was fixed that same day. I highly recommend for large groups or anyone looking for a large home. We would absolutely book this home again!
