因為之前住過台中福華大飯店，對集團的服務和設施非常有信心和信任。
本次同樣入住福華集團的飯店（國際文教會館）時，發現各樓層有熱冷飲水機， 用水非常方便，
房間空間感設計得很舒適，交通地點離台大商圈近，方便走動。
本次因課程安排方便,入住為3天2夜7樓(R721)客房，
第1天晚上一直聽到浴室有水管的咕嚕打嗝聲，因為隔天即將開始整日的課程，想好好早點入睡，但那聲音不停的出現，似乎同樓層只要有人用水，水管的打嗝聲就不停延續。整晚忍著無法入睡的痛苦，等隔日上午7點與櫃枱人員申請換房。
