Un lugar de excelente ubicación. Donde lo que te otorga el establecimiento supera lo que te ofrecen en plataforma.
Pasamos una experiencia muy linda en el alojamiento, y sobre todo la calidad y calidez de la atención. Todo el personal mostró, en todo momento, la disponibilidad de atender y acompañar. Merida es un lugar seguro y cálido, pero este tipo de hospedajes lo convierte en una experiencia inolvidable, donde se combinan la naturaleza, la ambientación, la cultura y el servicio. ¡Se nota que todos comparten la misma filosofía de atención!

From early AM latte, healthy and delicious breakfasts and gorgeously prepared lunches the food was as perfect as the rooms and landscaping.

Though centrally located and close to the areas of interest and the corridorio gastronomico with its numerous restaurants, El Pueblo is a haven of peace. The property is delightful, with a lap pool, and lovely garden with birds chirping, verandas with hammocks, and exquisite artwork. Lean, elegant, uncluttered, truly relaxing. All express the sophisticated taste and sense of detail of the owner, Colin.
My room was clean, roomy, tasteful, comfortable, well thought with drawers and closets. Excellent bathroom with powerful shower.
Colin was present in the morning at breakfast, and him, and his kind and efficient English speaking team, have been very helpful directing us to excursions, guides, restaurants and massages.
Last but not least, the fantastic pastry delivery daily at 11am!
More fruit at breakfast please.

We felt very private and well taken care of at El Pueblo. Breakfasts are deliciously prepared by Antonio. The rooms are very spacious and well designed. The landscaping and the plants are beautiful. The lap pool is very refreshing. In summary el Pueblo is a gem with the perfect location only steps away from the restaurant row👌
