Modern design, simple but still has luxury feels. The staffs are all helpful, nimble and professional, from the concierge at G, housekeeping when called from the room. All information is very clear. TV works very well with Netflix, Primevideo etc!

the hotel staff were really lovely, check-in was easy and the room was very spacious.
Upon checking in very late at night, my bedding was not clean, i went back to the front desk to ask for a new room, the staff were super helpful and doing everything they could to solve the problem. The new room was not clean either, but at this point, it was so late, I just took the room. The next morning, I told the front desk that the room was still not clean enough (photos attached) the water in the bathroom has quite a strong smell to it, and there are small flies in the room. The furnishings have seen better days and the corners of the room haven't been cleaned in a while as there is a buildup of dust. After asking for a deep clean, while I was out, the room seemingly was "deep cleaned" as it was the first time it has a nice smell and dead bugs had been removed. But the furnishings were still dirty, there was dust in the surfaces in the room. The cleaners did their best, but management needs to have a better control on this kind of thing.
