Le lieu en général, et la chambre en particulier (certes un peu trop grande pour moi seul car il ne restait que des chambres de 3).
La télé n'avait pas de prise à proximité.
Pas de personnel anglophone ou francophone à l'accueil, mais un appel a résolu la situation.

The room itself was a good size, and the shower was a good size and seemed fairly clean. It all seemed relatively newly renovated. The kitchen was shared, and there was access to a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils. There was a table and chairs to sit at and eat. The guests in the other rooms were respectful, and there was free on street parking right outside. There was an air conditioner in the room
The staff on the phone were not friendly. In person, the staff I met were not approachable and gave the impression I was inconveniencing them by being there. The toilet area was small, and we were provided with two small cheap rolls or toilet paper for a week between two people. When I asked the staff for more paper, she did not want to give it and proceeded to interrogate me in a rude manner before eventually providing it. The bed was uncomfortable with a thin, uncomfortable matress. There was nowhere to put anything down in the room, such as on a table. The lock on the room door was not secure, and other guests failed to lock the main front door. The stairs from the street up to the apartment are awkward and difficult to navigate. It is located adjacent to a busy noisy road. I was informed by the staff that the apartment only gets cleaned once a week
