I liked the location, the peace and quiet, the size of the rooms, the AC worked well, friendly attendant
There were various critters in the house (a few cockroaches, ants, lizards, mosquitoes) due to some window screens being incomplete or broken, the bumpy dirt road, a light fixture not working, pots and pans with eroding nonstick coating rendering them useless, the poor bathroom lighting, and lack of water pressure and heat in the shower

I absolutely loved my stay at Mark’s Place. All of the bungalows are really unique and quirky. I’m a female solo traveller and felt really safe. Mark and his team are all so friendly, helpful and kind. It was really clean and comfortable.
There are no negatives to staying here!!

Le calme et la gentillesse des hôtes
Mon avis général est plus nuancé, car il était noté qu’il y avait une connexion Internet, mais hélas qui fonctionnait très peu, voire pas du tout à cause du nombre de personnes qui utilise la ligne Internet. Pour des personnes ayant besoin de garder un contact avec la métropole pour leur travail par Internet, c’est impossible. Le fait que les toilettes et la douche soient au rez-de-chaussée et qu’il faille sortir par l’extérieur pour s’y rendre était très compliqué pour nous avec de jeunes enfants de cinq ans. La nuit s’est impossible de laisser un enfant si jeune sortir pour aller aux toilettes.
