I liked the peace and quiet , everyone was very nice and gentle, amazing place for a nice relaxing trip
I didn’t like that I called for an early check in , and even though the person in the front desk was trying to get me an early check in , there was a miscommunication where I was told I could get an early check in and ended up waiting 2 hours . But it turned out to be a great room

We were upgraded to a beach villa which was beautiful. Reef out the front of the hotel was pretty for snorkelling with lots to see. Dinner in the restaurant was nice.
The room had a sewage smell from time to time - assuming from the drains - which wasn’t pleasant. Water pressure wasn’t great.
Didn’t feel as good value for money as other places we stayed as it was expensive.

It was a great location and staff is very nice.
We were in a room that smelled really bad and they were unable to change our room so we were stuck with it. Also service was extremely slow.
