We had quite a few rainy days during our stay in Unawatuna, but this hotel honestly made us enjoy every single second of our time here. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly comfortable and well taken care of.
The room was absolutely stunning. The view was breathtaking, and we loved every detail, from the beautiful design and thoughtful furnishings to the overall atmosphere and the huge balcony. Everything felt so carefully designed and maintained, and it was genuinely a pleasure to spend time in the room, even on rainy days.
We were especially impressed by how much attention was paid to our vegan diet at breakfast. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and always remembered our dietary requirements without us ever having to remind them. There was a real effort to make sure we had delicious options and felt completely included, which we truly appreciated.
But what really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so kind, warm and attentive, and the service throughout our stay was excellent without ever feeling intrusive. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, and that made the whole experience even more memorable.
Even with the rainy weather, we left feeling relaxed, happy and incredibly grateful for our stay. If we ever come back to Unawatuna, we would absolutely stay here again. We couldn’t imagine choosing anywhere else!

This was a great place. The staff was friendly and the facilities provided were exceptional. Room was very large, and the bathroom was very clean. Bed was the most comfortable I have slept in a long time.

Absolutely everything. Amazing location, the views were out of this world. A true hidden gem in a blissful paradise. We can’t put into words how unreal of an experience this was. We left feeling thankful, blessed and grateful. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and the best hosts we could’ve ever dreamed of. Breakfast was exceptional, the swimming pool and facilities were to die for. Great location, right near Galle Fort. Will definitely be back!
There was nothing we didn’t like. Only that we wished we had more time to stay longer!
