Once inside the room was nice, It was clean and very spacious.
I had a 2 night stay at this location. I was not able to get into the hotel at all for the first night. The code to get inside was never sent. I tried contacting the location multiple time and was not able to get in contact with anyone.
I had to go to another hotel for the 1st night. I never received a call back or response to for not having access the 1st day/night.
I feel as if I should be reimbursed for the 1st as I did pay and fill out everything I was supposed to but was not allowed access.
For the 2nd day I received the code to enter on time and the room was great.
