It was worth the price, is whatd you expect for a place like it, staff was nice, pool was nice, ac was nice. No living bugs so no worries there, was a dead one under the bed but its florida so.

Great location room pleasantly updated. Staff, friendly and helpful.
Air conditioner operating poorly upon check-in. Checked filter completely clogged with dirt and dust. I thoroughly cleaned it and air conditioner operated excellent.

The location was OK. The room was spacious and the decor was updated. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave although we didn't use them.
The whole exterior is just in need of a refresh. All room doors are accessible from outside, so technically it's a motel. Chairs and smoking towers outside each room just seemed a little seedy. The room seemed clean although there was something gritty on top of the cover. The two main issues were that the beds were super uncomfortable and the cheap box springs squeaked loudly with any roll over, and the wall AC unit sounded like a jet engine taking off. Also, the price was ridiculous (236) but the cheapest with availability in the location we needed.
