The room was lovely - very fresh and modern looking and clean. The location is perfect - even closer to the train station than I expected.
The only problem was that I received the wrong code through Booking, but it just took one short phone call to get the right one.

Accoglienza pessima! Ho dovuto interagire solo con automatismi, nessuna persona di riferimento. Per qualsiasi problema ho dovuto arrangiarmi. Nessuna indicazione scritta dentro l'alloggio. Il check-in, che è obbligatorio, lo devi fare in autonomia interagendo con un portale automatico che ti chiede di fotografare la carta d'identità. Il problema non è la difficoltà, sono pratico di queste cose, ma se tutto il lavoro di accoglienza devo farlo io, allora dovrei pagare molto meno di quella cifra esorbitante. Si capisce subito che i gestori considerano questa struttura come una fonte di reddito e cercano di risparmiare su tutto, ma così facendo dimostrano solo scarsa cultura della ricezione.
