Great location, good parking, clean, modern and spacious. Good choice for a night or so if touring
Needs a bit of love - not quite a hotel, not quite an Air B&B, as rather limited in ‘welcome’ (no hand towels, shower gel, tea, coffee, extra toilet paper, only limited plugs) and few things needed repair.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und wirklich nur einen Steinwurf von der magischen Altstadt entfernt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis inkl. Parkplatz ist unübertroffen. Das Haus wirkt neu in einer schönen Anlage, allerdings sind schon ein paar Sachen kaputt. Z.B. kann man das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank nicht öffnen, die Terrassentüre nicht versperren. Allerdings sind das alles Dinge, über die man locker hinwegsieht. Die Matratzen sehr gut, Handtücher vorhanden, Seife war aus. WC Papier muss man selber mitbringen. Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus vorhanden. 2 Bäder und 3 WCs waren für 3 Paare ausreichend. Die Anreise wurde sehr gut erklärt, wir haben den Parkplatz auf Anhieb gefunden. Gleich nach der Garteneinfahrt links hinunter und der 3. Parkplatz auf der rechten Seite. Die Kommunikation hat bestens funktioniert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Im oberen Badezimmer hat sich an der Decke schon ordentlich Schimmel gebildet. Aber das liegt leider daran, dass Gäste die Duschtüre und Badezimmertüre immer zu machen. Ohne Lüftung kann die Feuchtigkeit dann nicht weg.

Literie confortable, climatisation dans toute les chambres et salon. Douche et WC à chaque étage , place de parking très proche...
J' ai souhaité signaler quelques objets cassés à notre arrivées mais pas de retour de la personne chargée du logement.

Very spacious, and quiet.
Minimal toilet paper and no soap in the showers.
We had to buy toilet paper. Also some hairs were found in one bed.
