Really enjoyed our stay at Lune de Nuit. The apartment is stylish and comfortable, with everything you need for a few nights in Naples. Great location — close to restaurants, transport, and the main sights, but still quiet enough to sleep well. The host was friendly and quick to respond to messages. Naples is a lively city so there's some street noise, but that's part of the experience. Recommended.

La gentilezza dello staff sempre presente
La posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi sia piazza plebiscito che tutto il resto
La disponibilità ad accoglierci A tarda ora nonostante fosse la notte di capodanno
Kit con asciugamani e saponi monouso
E kit per la colazione .
Appartamento non ristrutturato con servizi igienici che non rispecchiano le potenzialità della struttura ( doccia , Water)
La gentilezza e la disponibilità compensano i disagi

Ho trovato fastidioso che qualche giorno dopo la prenotazione mi sia arrivata una email in cui mi si diceva che avrei avuto camere senza bidet o, se lo volevo, avrei dovuto pagare per camere di livello superiore. Inoltre mi ha infastidito che la sera dell'arrivo mi sia arrivato un messaggio per pagare prima del check out.
Inoltre la sera non abbiamo potuto accedere alle nostre camere per mezz'ora per un black out che ha mandato in tilt in sistema di apertura delle porte e l'hotel non ci ha offerto nessuna alternativa e neanche delle scuse. Inoltre c'è una SPA ma è a pagamento. Nel frigobar non c'era nulla, e ho dovuto far presente per 2 volte che in camera il sapone non era stato messo (è stata anche messa in dubbio la mia parola) prima che mi dessero una nuova confezione di sapone. Carini 2 biscottini regalati al check out, ma senza ingredienti non ho potuto mangiarli.
