Situated in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this charming house for $455 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Comfortable, relaxing, and connected to nature! This home is ideal for staying in or discovering new gems around town. Situated near wineries, orchards, and the historic town of Niagara on the Lake, this home features both modern and traditional touches along with ample outdoor and indoor space. Whether you’re here with family or friends, you will enjoy the beautiful place with one acre green space in a prime location. Niagara-On-The Lake short rental (BNB) licence number: 132-2022 Key features of this home: * One ace backyard with in-ground pool * An orchard beside the house and a vineyard in front of the property (across the road) * Ample Parking Space Available on the Driveway * Complimentary High Speed Wi-Fi * Designated Office Room (main floor) for remote work * Two living rooms: one on the main floor and one in the basement * Big kitchen Island * Dining room with dining table for 8 guests * A Deck with a BBQ Grill and a sofa set * A patio with a gazebo and a dining table in the backyard * Two 58” TVs (one in main floor, one in basement) with Netflix * Board games and books One trained dog is allowed upon the approval of the host . $70 per dog per trip. Please note that kibble and food/water bowls are not provided. If guests bring in a dog without our approval, an additional CA$250 pet fee will be charged to guests. Please understand that our listing is a country property, and that bugs are a prevalent issue in the spring and summer months. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to mitigate the issue, though we cannot control the presence of bugs at all times. However, a few things can be done to reduce this issue during your stay: - Ensure the door is closed tightly once you enter or exit the house - Turn off unnecessary lights in the house at night since insects are attracted to the light - During hot weather, feel free to use the AC, so the windows or doors won't need to be opened Please note: *** We DO NOT allow weddings, wedding events, wedding parties or bachelorette/bachelor parties on this property, and have exterior cameras in place to ensure no events as per the city bylaws *** Per short term regulations in NOTL, we are required to keep a record of all our guests. We will request for the information listed below a few days before check-in: - Full name(s) of all guests staying. -A clear picture of the government-issued ID for the individual responsible for the booking. - Phone number - License plate of the vehicles
