Make yourself at home in this 3-level plus roof deck townhome that is decorated in a modern aesthetic. On the main level enjoy 180 degree unobstructed views of downtown Seattle, Elliott Bay and Mt Rainer! This home has a large inviting shared courtyard which has been partitioned off for ultimate privacy. Additionally, this end-unit townhome is located off the street providing a quiet place perfect for your vacation. This home which is built into the south slope of Queen Anne Hill has a unique configuration. The main entrance from the street level welcomes you into the open concept top floor hosting a gourmet kitchen, sleek dining area and inviting living room. The kitchen features an extra-large island with bar seating and is outfitted with high quality equipment and appliances needed to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area proudly features a locally sourced oak slab dining table with seating for 8 as well as a modern gas fireplace. Enjoy the views or watch your favorite movie from the living room's comfortable seating options including queen sleeper sofa and cozy accent chairs. Directly below the main living area on the 2nd floor, is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer, a large master bedroom that features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and two walk-in closets, including one vanity. From this level you can access your dedicated covered parking spot. The lowest floor has 2 guest rooms and a full bathroom with heated flooring. The 1st guestroom has a Queen-size bed and walk in closet. The 2nd guestroom has a full-size Murphy bed which is best suited for two children, two small adults, or one average size adult. The 2nd guestroom also has a closet and dedicated working space perfect to those who are working from home. Even on a rainy day, this home is bright and inviting with floor to ceiling windows on every level and from every bedroom. Both full bathrooms offer dual sinks and separate tubs and showers. Each level has its own outdoor space including a large deck extending from the main living and kitchen area with a gas fire table, gas BBQ grill, and a relaxing garden environment with comfortable seating. Additionally, the Master has its own private deck and each guest room share a large deck as well. The rooftop deck is extremely spacious featuring sweeping, unobstructed views of the downtown Seattle Skyline including the Space Needle, Elliot Bay, Mt Rainier and the Puget Sound. Relax on a cozy sectional sofa or high quality armchairs in front of the gas fire pit while watching the iconic Seattle Ferries whiz across the bay. The space also includes a dining table, 10x13 ft cantilever umbrella that rotates and tilts and fluffy blankets for all to keep warm on PNW chilly evenings. This home has air conditioning units on all levels which provides either heating or cooling for your comfort. High-speed WiFi, pack 'n play, and games are all provided in this home! If you fail to provide this information- there may be a delay in receiving your check-in instructions because we have a strict screening policy required by the owner of the property. 2. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged for one-night weekend bookings or at the host’s discretion. Guest will be notified in advance of charge and refunded within 7 days following the checkout if the guest did not violate the rental terms or damage property. 4. SMOKING: whether inside your unit, in a common area or roof deck, no smoking of any substance is allowed. Smoke damage to a unit will result in a $1000 fee 5. KEYS: to return any access keys and remotes with a $50 replacement fee for every lost key and $250 for any remote or entry FOB. The best thing to do after checking out, is take a photo of your keyset, and text us you've left the keyset behind and have checked out. 6. By completing the booking, you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions 7. Please take shoes off at door entrance. 8.Noise and neighbors- must keep noise to a minimum and reasonable level from 9pm till the next day. This is not a party house. If any issues with noise and parties, whether small, medium, or large, we will submit a claim and not return the security deposit we hold. -We use noise monitoring sensors (Noiseaware) to detect noise (not recording), and if we receive notifications of excessive loud noises, we reserve the right to evict you after several attempts of us asking you to reduce noise. 9. Please be aware that there is a security camera installed at the garage outside the door. It is against our rules to tamper with or unplug this camera. -Background checks- we use Autohost to check backgrounds and may need to collect more information to go with your IDs and credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not pass or or have any bad history. - You Must accurately share how many guests are coming. If the number exceeds that, there will be a $500 minimum fee for each guest per day. ** MESSAGE US TO SEE IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU AT A SPECIAL RATE.
