BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Located on the lowest level, this master suite with en-suite bathroom provides a king size bed with two nightstands, as well as its own private entrance from the back of the house. Additionally, this room has a large open seating area. Bedroom 2: Located on the upper level, this spacious room has a queen size bed with plenty of natural light. Also includes large closets with built-in shelving. Bedroom 3: Located on the upper level, this room hosts a queen size bed with a spacious closet. Directly across the hall from the top floor full size bathroom. Bathroom 4: Located on the upper level, this room provides great flexibility for groups of various sizes with a twin over full bunk bed and closet. Direct access to spacious balcony on the backside of the house. BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: Full bathroom located on the lowest floor in the master suite (BR 1) Bathroom 2: BR 2, BR 3, and BR 4 share a nearby full bathroom on the upper level. AIR CONDITIONING Air conditioning is a real rarity in Seattle. This home does not have central A/C, but does have a small window unit air conditioner in two of the bedrooms upstairs. OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy the spacious front yard area with an all-weather artificial lawn, including a table and seating. Barbecue is available as well. Master Suite opens to back shared space patio area and BR 4 opens to a large balcony above back area. ACCESS Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed to work for the duration of your stay.
