Our room was beautifully decorated to mark our wedding anniversary. The daily cookies and coffee were a nice bonus. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere.
There was a fire alarm during the night and we felt that the staff were not particularly well organised in how to react.

It's only a 5 minute walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass, and Pacific Science Center. There is also a little grocery store a couple of blocks away.
I booked a suite because a kitchen was pictured, but the kitchen was not stocked with dishes. It had a couple of cereal bowls, a mixing bowl, 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups, and some silverware. There was no stove, 2 microwaves, and a lot of wasted space. Had I realized I wouldn't be able to cook in the kitchen anyway, I would have booked a regular room for about $100 less. The pool was tiny and stifling and there was no hot tub. My kids didn't even bother to go swimming.
