Lovely authentic hotel with orginal features. Very clean . Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The connecting bar had a good vibe with plenty food and drink options
Nothing really, There is no lift but you are warned in advance butvstaff extremely helpful with baggage

The hotel was nicely located and decorated and the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful.
There were bedbugs. The staff tried to help and offered a different room but they really should have in place already a clear solution without equivocation because the bugs could have simply spread if the room change happened without proper containment of the textiles. Note, I was with a group and the only one affected. Nonetheless: It’s very stressful and hotel might want to consider providing more premium care for the pricepoint?
