Great location for Kraken games!

The historic elements are amazing. Rooms are comfortable. The bed and bedding were perfect.
HVAC setup is aged and noisy. Flooring creak but it IS a 107 year old building.

This hotel is really cute with fun vintage touches. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location if you’re going to an event at Climate Pledge. The arena is a quick walk. Lots of cute coffee shops around and Toulouse Petit Kitchen across the street is delicious. The neighborhood is really fun!
I liked everything.

The hotel was nicely located and decorated and the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful.
There were bedbugs. The staff tried to help and offered a different room but they really should have in place already a clear solution without equivocation because the bugs could have simply spread if the room change happened without proper containment of the textiles. Note, I was with a group and the only one affected. Nonetheless: It’s very stressful and hotel might want to consider providing more premium care for the pricepoint?
