The house is cleaned spotlessly, the facilities are complete and all new, and the maintenance is great. A very beautiful and brand new community with good gardens. It is quiet at night and provides a great place to rest. It is considered the best new community in the surrounding area. The transportation is also very convenient, close to Line 5 subway, and parking is also very convenient. I lived happily and my family also liked it. The entrance is the main urban road of Line 5 subway and high-tech zone. There are many restaurants at the entrance, and the breakfast is also very rich, top-notch. Across the street is a six story large shopping center with a wide range of food, drink, and entertainment options, which is quite convenient. There is also the Huangjia Pao Mo main store and Zhu Xiuying Bang Rou snacks at the entrance. The landlord's service was quite good, staying up late at night and receiving instant messages. Thank you for the service provided by the landlord. It's also very convenient to go to the Ming City Wall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Hui Muslim Street. If you love it, you can live comfortably. Come back in the future. Wishing the shop owners prosperous business and abundant wealth.

The host was very kind, responsive, and genuinely tried to help us despite managing the property remotely. She found us a pleasant place nearby where our children could study and ordered additional towels for us.
1. The property is far from the city centre and Xi’an’s main tourist attractions. Returning in the late afternoon often took 45–60 minutes. Finding a taxi from the property on rainy mornings was also difficult; on one occasion, we cancelled our DiDi request after waiting 45 minutes. The neighbourhood is suburban and not particularly appealing for tourists.
2. Access to the residential complex was sometimes inconvenient because we had not been given an entry card, and the security guards occasionally refused to let us in. The sound insulation was also poor: we could clearly hear the neighbours upstairs, while the neighbours below complained about noise even though we were being quiet. Families with children should be aware of this.
3. The apartment had limited amenities for the number of registered guests: only three plates, insufficient cooking equipment and two towels. Two additional towels were eventually delivered five days later.
4. The apartment felt darker and greyer than it appeared in the photographs and showed noticeably more wear than the listing suggested.
