We liked the location. Some described it as feeling sketchy or unsafe but we did not experience that. It felt multicultural and like an inner city suburb, highly accessible via public transport.
I liked the quietness of the room, despite being on a busy street it still felt secluded.
I liked the nearby amenities like corner shops, cafes and restaurants downstairs.
I liked the free and helpful items left in the common area like slippers and bottle openers which were helpful.
Communication and details for check in and check out were good and contactless.
The air conditioner worked well throughout for cooling.
The wifi was good.
There was a crack in the toilet seat which was uncomfortable and should have been replaced prior to our stay. The shower accessories holder also is wonky and needs to be affixed better. In general the bathroom could use some maintainence.
The shower also rarely had hot water, we struggled to get hot water any time prior to the late evening. This may be tricky to fix and perhaps we were unlucky, but at this price point I still expect hot water readily available for a shower.
I think it would have been nice to have an extra blanket, even though it's summertime, the bedding was quite light.
The room is not large, however has a high ceiling so does not feel cramped.
We were not able to connect the TV to streaming services, it appears to just have local channels. I think it would be nice to add this amenity.

Una habitación grande, espaciosa y moderna. Muy buena atención, y sobre todo que tuvieron la gentileza de dejar cosas disponibles para los huéspedes de manera gratuita como cápsulas, máquina de café en la habitación, pava eléctrica, plancha a vapor, etc. Son detalles que hacen la diferencia.

Muy cerca de un metro y la estación de trenes. La decoración está bien, la pieza es limpia y la cama es amplia y cómoda.
Lamentablemente el agua de la ducha nos tocó completamente fría dos días, y el resto solo tibia. Dado que hizo frío no fue grato.
