The location and how comfortable the condo was
The next door neighbor was extremely rude and only one towel each!

Quiet area. Beach nearby. Apartment had all kitchen essentials to prepare and cook meals. Spacious apartment. Clean. Washer/dryer. A/C worked fine. Shower right outside back door to get sand off after visiting beach. Always got a quick response through messaging.
No towel bar in one bathroom. Light fixtures excessively low in kitchen. Husband had to remember to duck, which he forgot to do a few times! Master tub slippery. No hand rails. Need rubber mat for tub. Small area in kitchen floor needs repair. Very tight parking for large vehicles. Two vehicles would have to be nose to nose.
