This stunning villa, together with Villa Elli, Villa Nevia and Villa Zoe, forms part of a luxury development set on 5,600 m² of private land, which offers guests staying at these four villas an organic garden with seasonal vegetables, open-air fitness facilities, two tennis courts, two bocce courts, and sports pitches for handball, football, basketball and volleyball. For a genuine Istrian experience, you can also spot three Boskarin cattle on the grounds – white-grey, long-horned cattle that are the symbol of the region.
Elegant, stylish and superbly situated, amidst the picturesque Istrian countryside yet still close to sunny beaches and lively coastal towns, Villa Elena offers luxurious accommodation where you can relax and enjoy every minute of your holiday. The ground floor is entirely dedicated to luxurious relaxation. The magnificent, spacious room is divided into living, dining and kitchen areas by a stone archway, with huge French windows that flood the space with an abundance of warm Istrian light. Natural stone walls, timber-beamed ceilings and the magnificent open-plan fireplace create a warm, cosy atmosphere, whilst the blend of modern and vintage furniture, along with the exquisite fittings, provide you with first-class comfort. Three bedrooms are spread across the upper floor, whilst the fourth, on the ground floor, opens directly onto the inviting private pool – a wonderful spot to unwind and relax. The pretty, covered veranda, with its authentic built-in barbecue and a large dining table, is an attractive retreat from the summer heat, as well as the perfect spot for enjoyable al fresco meals.
You’ll never be short of things to do or places to visit, making this villa your ideal holiday base. Villa Elena is situated in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, near the small town of Kanfanar. The historic architecture of the town and the surrounding villages is well preserved, and vineyards and olive groves dominate this region with its warm, Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and its surroundings are well known not only for their historical and cultural heritage, but also for their excellent wines and authentic Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanting place that has always welcomed visitors and settlers for as long as history has been recorded. The city of Pula, with its Roman amphitheatre, and Brijuni National Park – which includes an 18-hole golf course – are just a 30-minute drive away. This is a wonderful place to enjoy food and history and, ultimately, to relax.
