Appartement fidèle à la description ! convenable pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour un court séjour. Les plages sont sympas ! Au top lorsqu’on veut s’éloigner du bruit de la grande ville.

The apartment is nicely decorated, cozy, and has everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioning is excellent and works very well, so the temperature inside was always comfortable, even during hot summer days. I would recommend the apartment, although perhaps more to people visiting Barcelona outside the main beach season. There are a few things that made it slightly less convenient for us, especially as we stayed for five nights and were going to the beach regularly.

The apartment is located in a small side street, which at first seems very quiet, but there appears to be some kind of workshop behind the building, so there was quite a bit of noise in the mornings. We were also given only one towel per person for the entire five-night stay, which we found insufficient. There were some small ants on the floor and occasionally on the kitchen units as well, despite our attempts to keep everything clean and remove them. There are no wine glasses, and the only mirror in the apartment is in the bathroom — something that becomes surprisingly inconvenient when travelling with two teenage girls. :) For a summer stay, the biggest disadvantage for us was the lack of a balcony or any outdoor space, as it was difficult to dry beach towels and swimsuits after coming back from the beach. The nearest beach (Coco Beach) requires a bit of a walk and crossing the railway tracks via a pedestrian bridge, but the beach itself is really lovely and we enjoyed it very much. The metro station is also within walking distance, although not particularly close. Overall, it is a cute and comfortable apartment with very good air conditioning and all the basics for a short city stay. With a few small improvements, it could be even more comfortable, especially for guests staying several days during the summer.

The kitchen was well-equipped with tools to allow cooking and included basic oil, salt and spices as well. The flat was spacious and quick to reach with public transport. It was very quiet at night. The shutters completely blocked out the light, which was helpful.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking and there was black mould on it. The walls in the flat look very scuffed up and need a proper clean or a new layer of paint. Small decorative touches, like better lighting could really improve the comfort of the place. As it is, it did not feel like a nice place to hang out, just a practical place to sleep and eat. The flat is in an industrial area that I would not have felt safe to walk in on my own after dark and it was very loud early on weekday mornings.
