Don’t waste your money!!!!

The property was nice and decorated nicely but that just smokes and mirrors.

I called the property management and asked them if it was ok to get to the property and hour earlier. I was told yes go ahead. When I got there the cleaning staff was there with kids running around. They blocked my way in and closed the door in my face. A man came out stating that the last guest left the house really dirty. I reported this to the management company. Didn’t hear back for almost an hour. When we finally got into the house the windows, walls , floors and countertops were still dirty and sticky. Pictures in the upstairs bathroom broken and when my 12 year old son went to lay down on a twin bed two of the legs fell off . Propelling him to roll off the bed and onto the floor. We were so tired from our long drive that we decided to overlook all of this and just sleep. At 9:30 am the next morning we have people knocking on the door. When I opened it , it was the cleaning staff stating they were there to clean . I expressed that check out is between 10:00 and 10:30 am . They stated they wanted to get an early start. I closed the door in their face. At that point we just ruched to get out off there. I reported this again to the management company didn’t get a response hours later with a very simple “ sorry we will give you a 10% discount “. I will never again rent from them!!!!!
