We had a pretty pleasant stay, very good location, where you can look at the Wawel while falling asleep. The little cafe downstairs is very nice and cosy. Check-in and out was very easy. Modern furniture with just what you need for a good time. But it also had little problems that weren't so nice.
For starters- you cannot use the elevator, so you have to climb the stair with the luggage to get to the place. Upon entering the whole place smells old, no nice smell from washed sheets or mopped floor, it smelled like an old grandpa and the sewers stank as the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't good.
The place wasn't cleaned well- there were short shaven hairs on the whole wall in the bathroom, on the shampoo pump. There were smashed bugs all over the walls, the curtains. There was 1 roll of paper for 7 days for 2 people. Dishwasher with no pod, washer with no detergent. Judging from the chemicals in the bathroom, it's not a professional cleaning but even if professional detergents weren't used the place needs a full on cleaning at least 3 times per month.
The ac units of the other apartments were so loud we had to sleep with the windows closed and also the problem with the people banging the downstairs door.
We had a big bag with sheets from the previous guests in front of the door for the whole stay.
The bed is comically small, also kinda hard so you can definitely fall while you sleep.
The tv had some weird lines on it.
The boiler didn't work at first so after 30 mins of adjusting the boiler we could get it to work but the radiators or the floor heating wasn't working.

The location was excellent, close to most of the tourist attractions we had planned to visit during our city break. The apartment itself was very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.
- The temperature inside the apartment was around 20°C, but due to the very high ceilings and the constant rain during our stay, it felt quite cold and uncomfortable.
- Perhaps we were just unlucky, but due to a furnace issue, we had to move to a different apartment for one night. We accepted this without hesitation; however, we later found out that check-out from the replacement apartment was at 11:00 AM, while check-in to the original apartment was only at 4:00 PM. Considering it was raining all day, not having access to basic necessities like a place to change clothes or take a hot shower was a significant inconvenience.
- Additionally, this situation required us to spend a considerable amount of time moving our luggage between accommodations, which ultimately caused us to miss out on visiting some of the places we had planned.

Door was a bit of a battle opening but otherwise great.
Awful smell of damp in the bathroom, but this was over shadowed by everything else

Lokalizacja, z jednej strony Wawel, z drugiej sklepy, knajpy
Remont świeży, stylowy
Sporo miejsca, duże okna
Wygodne łóżko i kanapa
Są kawa, herbata, dużo szklanek, talerzy i td
Są też środki czystości w kuchni, łazience
Jest nawet winda (trzeba przejść się dalej po tunelu i będzie po lewej stronie), która staje na pół piętrze
Dźwiękoszczelność albo jest dobra albo sąsiedzi są ciche
Super oświetlenie taśmą led, można pokombinować i wybrać jakie lubisz
Duży prysznic, w środku mini półka (lepiej taką niż wcale)
Kawałek widoku na Wawel xd
Mało miejsca na przechowywanie rzeczy, cała szafa zajęta poduszkami i prześcieradłami bez poszewek (po co one?)
Łazienka też malutka, półka tylko ze strony toalety, ciężko tam sięgać
Mało papieru toaletowego i jest słaby taki rozpadający się xd
Straszny smród z kanalizacji, znika po użyciu prysznica i potem wraca jeśli dzień się nie korzystać
Z ogrzewaniem trzeba pokombinować, 0.1 stopni więcej i już masz łaźnię, 0.1 stopni mniej i Arktyka xD
Kocioł gazowy, co jest typowe dla Krakowa, więc czasami woda leci zimna, trzeba też pokombinować
Ale za główne minusy z którymi właściciel jest w stanie “walczyć” uważam papier toaletowy i zapach w prysznicu
